Wes Allen & Co ("we," "us") operates wesallen.co. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you submit — the contact and investor-access forms send us the fields you fill in (name, email, phone, and your message or relationship description). We store it in our own systems and use it to respond to you — nothing else.
- Server logs — our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, pages requested) for operating and securing the site.
We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, this policy will change first.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers that run the site’s infrastructure (hosting, email delivery), bound by their own confidentiality obligations.
Retention
Form submissions are retained while relevant to the conversation you started. Ask us to delete yours at any time: hello@wesallen.co.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@wesallen.co.
Changes
We’ll post any changes to this page with a new effective date.
